The Lord works in mysterious ways but He mainly uses His people to accomplish His will. At least that's how it works in our story.

Mutual friends of ours talked for over a year about introducing us to each other. At first they didn't think it was a good idea. But 12 months later they agreed that we should meet.

It's funny. We have agreed that if those friends would have introduced us 12 months earlier that neither of us would have been ready for the other. BUT GOD's timing is perfect. He knew exactly when the right time for us to meet was.

What a beautiful blessing it is to have friends who listen to the Lord and follow His nudges. Patrick knew early on that Becca was the lady for him. Becca took a little more convincing but once she was in, she was all in.
